Martin Luther King Jr, has been my inspiration for taking action. I continue on my project for social good to assemble my experiences into lessons to one day help others. I publish this 1st  article with great hope that people will be inspired one day to Take Action for their personal success. To never give up on the dream of Peace, Love, Health and Prosperity for themselves or their communities. We are the change. We can be the peace in our time. In this now we can have Positive Outcomes. 

I am excited to announce that I have included in my Public Speaking topics available for hire : My 5 Keys for Transformation, my story of how I overcame severe Fibromyalgia,  got my Autoimmune Disease Markers back to negative, & recovered from Full Body Weakness I experienced in the summer of 2019.  I am on a mission to help others with learnings from my time in suffering and rehabilitation.
