My Past Unexpected Events

I learned that sometimes life can bring about unplanned events. I am so happy you are taking the time to learn about my experiences. Thank you for your time. My intent in writing about my time in suffering is to potentially help others think about looking at different ways of getting their health victory. I don’t have all the answers. I am not a Doctor. I have worked with some phenomenal resources and studied various fields of study on the body, environment, & technology in my quest to reduce my suffering. I learned that you can have catalyst events that, after a point, if you have certain inputs, can make your form bend in ways that cause pain or enable capability in the form. This is my story of how I overcame severe fibromyalgia, autoimmune disease markers, brain fog, and full-body weakness after falling down 15 feet of stairs paired with a busy lifestyle with a focus on helping others. The good news is that I was able to recover my abilities and manage my condition by investing in various therapies.

She was recognized in 2023 by United States Congressional Representative Nanette Barragan with the Veteran Voices for Fibromyalgia, a health advocacy campaign. Additionally, she is a Global Consultancy Award recipient and was honored as the "Best Technology & Social Good Application CEO 2024" by the "Innovation in Business" team in the "Technology CEO of the Year Awards 2024" for her work with Buddytown.

Kristen has built an impressive network of contacts from key industries that drive communities and recently launched "The Social Good Experiment" for Healthcare Providers, a new initiative aimed at empowering and supporting others. She has led five Think Tanks and served as a public and keynote speaker, including at the World Women Forum 2023 in Paris and Las Vegas, where she discussed topics such as the Economy, Supply Chain, Social Good, Fintech, Technology, Data Science, Creative Living, Real Estate, and Environmental Stewardship.

Previously, Kristen contributed to the development of one of the largest B2B Payment Networks in the United States, integrating with over 150+ Accounting Systems, Mastercard, and 5000+ Banks. A skilled and seasoned senior executive, she received year-over-year Top Performer awards both as an individual and team leader, and later, an AvidXchange Excellence Award. Kristen has been recognized with the Community Impact Award from the Veteran Voices for Fibromyalgia, the Team Lead Award from The Support Fibromyalgia Network, and in 2023, received recognition from The Soldiers of America for her support of veterans nationwide.
